Return Policy

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. Returns and exchanges are handled under the following guidelines:

Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Items must remain unused and in original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and included accessories must be intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or improper handling are not eligible.

Exclusions:

  • Customized, monogrammed, or promotional bundle items are non-returnable.

  • Clearance or limited-time sale items cannot be returned.

Process:

  1. Contact support with your order details.

  2. Receive a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship items via the recommended carrier.

  4. After inspection, a refund or exchange is processed.

Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
